Terms and Conditions

Dear trainee,
Welcome to join the list of One Plus Institution trainees, which we are proud to serve throughout the duration of their studies with us, and to provide you with the best training service, please review the list of terms and conditions of the Institution
, and approve them before completing the registration steps, within the framework of organizing the rights and duties for registration in our training programs.
Each course has a minimum number of participants so that the academic can start the training program immediately, and once the minimum course start date is reached, and new reservations can be recorded until the number is complete or the specified start date, whichever is sooner.
Registration in any of our training programs means the institution’s commitment to provide the training services due to you, providing the training material, whether printed or electronic – depending on the nature of the training program – and organizing lectures on the announced dates, which you are informed of whether at the time or after registration.
Any adjustment in the dates of the training programs, made in coordination with the trainees, and the academic – as much as possible – is investigated as the appropriate dates for the trainees.
If the date for the start of the course is not set within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of payment, the trainee has the right to recover his full payments or wait until the completion of the number, or transfer those fees to another training course, and the recovery process is carried out in the same payment method.
In the event of failure to pass the placement test, the trainee is not entitled to a refund.
If the start date of the training program is set, then the trainee is not entitled under any circumstances to withdraw from the training program or refund any fees paid.
In the courses in which the study is conducted online, the recording of attendance is through the actual presence at the time of the lecture. The trainee must also interact with the lecturer as a prerequisite for proving attendance, and watching the recording of the lecture is never represented as an attendance in this lecture, and therefore the trainee is not entitled to count his observation of any recorded lecture as an attendance.
To ensure attendance and obtaining the training certificate, each trainee must complete his academic file in a clear form from the identity document, and national id as the trainee will not be able to attend the lectures until after meeting this requirement.
The training certificate is extracted at the end of the training program, with the same name installed in the identity document.
The trainee is not entitled to obtain the certificate of attendance in the training course in one of the following cases:
Failure to meet the attendance rate of 75% of the total hours of the training program
Failure to pay the full expenses of the training program
Not attending practical workshops – if the training program requires it.
The trainee’s obtaining a negative evaluation from the lecturer throughout the course, reflects the trainee’s failure to understand the training material in a way that qualifies him to obtain the certificate.
Failure to fulfill the data or failure to provide a clear copy of the trainee’s identity document.
The expenses mentioned on the site do not include the expenses of shipping certificates or Value added tax.
The certificates and accreditations we provide with our training programs are issued by one plus institution for training, development and consulting ، An Egyptian non-governmental organization with Investment Law No. 72 of 2017, Commercial Registration No. 10743, and Tax Registration No. 538401427 and Certificates issued from the institution can be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but at an additional fee.
